[X-Carve V2] X axis bent causing the Z gantry to stay tilted

Unfortunately, I have a problem that I have been trying to solve the whole weekend – but no result.
The X axis of the CNC in slightly bent. On one side of the X axis the Z gantry in tilted backwards, and on the other side is tiled forward.

I followed all the steps that I’ve found on the Inventables website, but no result. I also want to mention that I measured the diagonals of the Y axis, and they are same, and I also tried to fine tune the eccentric nuts.

I hope you can advise me on how the problem can be solved.

Hi, have you checked the following points from the manual?

Is the X and Z axis at a 90 degree angle to the base plate?

If the angle is not 90 degrees, you can to change the angle using the mounting screws of the side plate.

Hello,

I already tried everything form the manual – in special those points - as it refers clearly to my problem. Regarding to the side plates - everything is mounted correctly. I just double checked that.
