We have the Unitree Go2 Pro version robot. We followed the manual and attempted to perform a reset. Now, the robot has a blinking green light and doesn’t seem to have reset. We’ve waited almost 2 hours, but there has been no result. Do you have any advice or procedures? Unfortunately, Unitree’s support has not been helpful.

Until then I would suggest taking a look at the documentation, the app controls settings may be of use in this case.

Could you please clarify what you mean by “reset”? Additionally, could you provide some details on the steps you followed during the reset process? This will help us guide you more effectively.
