We recently received our Go2, which seems to have been shipped with the new remote control. I remember from a previous version of the Go2 that there was a stair climbing mode that could be activated with right + start, but the new remote does not offer such an option. Was the stair climbing mode removed in some update?

It has been combined into A.I mode. You do not need to go into a separate mode now.

I need the app to change between modes, right? I sadly cannot try that myself currently, as I cannot connect to the robot using the app, for which I already opened another post. But most of the functionality that is advertised on the website under “AI mode” like the handstand etc. is directly accessible via the remote. I also tried out all different walking modes that on the remote, but for all of them the robot just stopped in front of the stairs.
Is there in general a more verbose documentation for the different walking modes? In the user manual for the remote control there is sadly no explanation what distinguishes the different modes like default gait, normal, classic, and free walk.
