recently the LiDAR on our GO2 EDU occasionally makes some kind of rattling noise when it’s running. Additionally the App shows a “Radar malfunction” warning and shows no Pointcloud anymore in the App. We are not aware of any accidents with the robot that could have damaged the LiDAR.
Is this a known problem with the GO2’s LiDAR and is there any troubleshooting we could apply?
Please click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the App, then scroll down to find the option to turn the LiDAR off and on again. Please restart the LiDAR from there and check if the issue is resolved.
If the problem still persists, please send an email to our support team along with your robot ID and screenshots of the error message.
