We have the Unitree Go2 Pro version robot. We followed the manual and attempted to perform a factory reset by button on back. Now, the robot has a blinking green light and doesn’t seem to have reset. We’ve waited almost 2 hours, but there has been no result. Do you have any advice or procedures?

I have the same problem. Following the unitree manual for reset (didn’t see any yellow light) and now the dog only blinks green and from time to time the lidar scanner is on or off (but always spinning). Any suggestions or ideas please?
Do not use the RESET button!
I just learned from Unitree itself that this destroys the mother board (sometimes). It must then be replaced.
Yes unfortunately the reset button bricks the robot. You should contact with the unitree for spare part.
Does it mean that as for now, it is impossible to factory reset the robot?
I had some issues, I can not access the robot with IP 192.168.123.18 by either ssh or even by connecting to monitor using C-HDMI. Previously, everything was okay. It just stopped working.
İf it is higher than 1.1.0 dont reset your robot it`s going to brick your robot dog. İnstead of check the robot mobil application like motors temperatures or

I have the same problem. Could you please advise me on how to proceed? I will also try to contact Unitree support. The worst case scenario would be replacing the board as you mentioned. Did they acknowledge it as their problem, or how did you resolve it and how long did it take? Many thanks for the advice and help.
I contact with the unitree support and they shipped a brand new board without charge except customs. Only option is the replacing board because reset button makes brick go2 board.
Hi, thanks for the fast reply. Approximately how long did the whole process take? And do you have a contact to reach them? I tried through their portal but I’m not sure if it was the right place. Their email from the website: support@unitree.com is bouncing back, the message was not delivered…
Actually they was using directly throught mail but currently they are using portal actively. So its right place to contact them. How long ago did you reach them and also which country you are in. İn my case it is not longer than 3 week as ı am remember for Türkiye delivery.
And let me ask, was your robot still under warranty? The technical support referred me to the Sales department to purchase a new board. However, that does not seem right to me, given that the board was damaged by following the manual.
Yes we had warranty when we press it. I agree with you they literally put a brick button on top of robot. Which there is no obvious caution about pressing.
