[Unitree Go2 Air] Unable to Connect Unitree Go2 Air to Unitree Go App in AP Mode

Robot Model:** Unitree Go2 Air
Mobile App:** Unitree Go App (latest version, recently updated)
Connection Mode:** AP Mode (robot hotspot mode)
Issue:The mobile hotspot connection is established successfully, but the step “Connect to Dog” does not proceed. The app remains stuck at this stage, and the robot does not complete the pairing process.

I have gone through the official Unitree user manual and attempted the recommended steps, but I was unable to resolve the issue. I would appreciate any guidance, troubleshooting steps, or known fixes related to this connection problem.

@swatirajshalu Apologies for the delayed response. The issue you’re experiencing while setting up the robot in Wi-Fi mode is a known one. During the setup process, if the app appears to get stuck at any step, please wait for about 40 seconds, as the app continues working in the background to establish the Wi-Fi connection. After waiting, close the app completely. When you reopen it, the robot should already be set up in Wi-Fi mode and ready to use.
