[Unitree Go1] RoboDog not standing after bootup

Robot Behavior After Boot-up: The Unitree Go1 robot does not stand after powering up, despite having fully charged batteries. When the battery is disconnected for a few hours and reconnected, the robot stands briefly, but then falls and becomes unresponsive.
Motor and Battery Diagnostics: Motor temperatures and battery parameters are not displaying on the diagnostics webpage, which may indicate a communication or sensor issue.
Remote Control Connectivity: The remote fails to connect with the robot. After turning on the remote, pressing the START button, and attempting to move the joystick, no response is observed from the robot.

I checked the external wires and they are looking good and not damaged.

@Noor Can you please check!

Hi @Bunny,

Have you tried connecting to the robot via the Unitree mobile app? If you can connect, please share screenshots of the following sections:

  • Settings > Status
  • Settings > BMS (Battery Management System)

This information will help us further diagnose the issue.

I have tried to connect the robot to the mobile app, but it does not get connected. However, I checked on this IP, 192.168.12.1, after connecting to the Go1 Wi-Fi.

Hi @Bunny,

I apologize for the late response. Since you’re unable to connect via the mobile app, please try reading the serial port to see the motor data. You can do this by following the guide linked here: Go1 Serial Port
