Hi,
I am using the Go2 to run some small cases including tasks like moveto a certain place on the map(using the slam and navigation function) and also picking an object in front of GO2 with the Open manipulator X.
In our test room there is a router. We connect all different robots including PCs to the router under its subnet. This is in order to build a communication network between different robots.
My question is, is there a recommended way to configure the internet to meet our need as follows? And whether necessary to buy a WiFi stick and connect to the dog?
Can I just configure the internet on Go2 PC with some internet configuration settings so that GO2 is connected to our router and given a static IP under its subnet? And will this impact on visiting the web server?
And we would favor programming and running those ROS codes on our own PC. On GO2’s PC runs the ROS2 driver/nav2/ slam and such stuff.
Or it is actually recommended to program direct on the PC inbuilt on GO2?
Many thanks for any help!
Best,
