When I power on the robot, I am unable to see the device hotspot (AP mode) on my phone or laptop, so I cannot connect through the mobile app. It is showing device but I am not able to connect the device and it is not showing device hotspot to connect with app

Which phone are you using. Sometimes there are issues with certain phones.
