[Segway E1] 401 chassis not receiving command

we bought the segway chassis and followed the manual and git package to set up ros environment so we can move the chassis with keyboard but this is not working , chassis in standby mood and not receiving commands. anyone with the knowledge of setting up this chassis? would appreciate your help and time. dont want to have to loose the chassis to inspect the computer inside.

Is the segway having the yellow standby mode on? if so run the reboot chassis script. Also if you have purchased the segway E1 from mybotshop, we can provide the repository details which we have refactored for segway in English.
