1/9 scale RC tank

Hi people i am building a 1/9 scale Abrams tank from a 21st century RC does anyone know of a good 24volt system that would work that means drive/ electronics that will run recoil etc motors the complete system or somewhere/ one that can help have tried a few company’s al are a little stand offish with info .
